Drive for free!

Learn Motorsports Event Management

We are a racing organization that is staffed 100% by volunteers just like you! We will train you in every part of the event management, Pit & Grid, Starter, Corner Worker, Technical Inspection, Race Control, Timing & Scoring, and Event Registration.

All of our events are organized to maximize the enjoyment of the all the participants, drivers workers and crews! Every weekend that you work we’ll provide you with:

  • Free Lunch each day
  • Free Dinner Party Saturday night

The best part is that after working two weekends you can drive your own car in the High Performance Driver Education (HPDE) or Racing one weekend for FREE! You can bank your worker credits and save them up until you are ready to drive (or your car is ready!). And you can transfer your credits to anyone else (including your spouse).

When you sign up for your first event you will report to registration and they will tell you where to be and when. Report to the All Hands meeting the first morning of the event and you’ll get all the details of your work assignment for the day/weekend. At the end of the weekend report to the NASA trailer to get your worker coupons to be redeemed later.

When you are ready to redeem credits simply contact registration before the event you wish to redeem credits at.

It’s that easy! So what are you waiting for? Sign up today and start earning free track time!
Where else can you get so much training and fun in one place??

WHAT TO DO AFTER YOU SIGN UP

Be Fashionable… okay, at least comfortable.
You should wear clothes that protect you from the sun, and/or bring sun block. Do not wear clothes that are Red, Black or Yellow in color as that may confuse drivers. It’s always a good idea to keep a windbreaker in your car, even on a hot day. You should also keep a rain coat in your car, even if there’s little chance of rain. Wearing a hat is a good idea on any day. You should also refrain from wearing shorts, open-toed shoes, and tank tops. You should bring: a pad and pen for notes; gloves; whistle, ear protection, insect repellant, bug spray (for bees), and a cooler with at least water, if not other beverages and/or snack food.

Attend Morning Meeting
You will get your assignments and any other details related to the day’s activities. You’ll also find out when and where your lunch and/or any other meals will be available.
